Affiliate program terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and legally able to receive payments. One account per person. Accounts are for individuals, not resale.

2. Direct commission

You earn a percentage of the revenue attributed to your link (subscriptions, tips, and pay-per-view spending by fans who subscribed through it). Your rate is set by lifetime attributed revenue and is permanent once reached:

• $0 – $1,000 lifetime revenue → 5%
• $1,000 – $10,000 → 10%
• $10,000 – $50,000 → 15%
• $50,000 – $100,000 → 20%
• $100,000+ → 25%

New rates apply to revenue generated after the level is reached (measured at day granularity).

3. Referral commission

You earn overrides on the direct commissions of affiliates in your downline, four levels deep: 10% (level 1), 5% (level 2), 2.5% (level 3), and 1% (level 4). Overrides are paid by us in addition to the referred affiliate's earnings and are never deducted from them. Overrides apply to direct commissions only, not to other referral commissions.

4. Tracking & attribution

Visitors are attributed to you for 30 days from their last click on your link (last click wins). Revenue attribution follows Smart Link analytics on the destination platform. Those numbers are the system of record; our own visit and click counts are informational.

5. Payouts

Payouts are processed monthly for balances of $50 or more, to the payout method saved in your profile. Balances below the minimum roll forward. We may withhold or reverse amounts tied to fraud, refunds, or chargebacks.

6. Promotion rules

Keep it clean. You may not:

• send spam or run misleading/deceptive advertising;
• generate fake traffic, subscriptions, or spending (including self-referral or incentivized fraud);
• bid on Creators Next Door trademarks or impersonate the site or its creators;
• promote in places where adult-adjacent content is prohibited, or to anyone under 18;
• violate the rules of the platforms you promote on.

7. Suspension & changes

We may suspend accounts that break these rules and void earnings from fraudulent activity. We can adjust program terms (including rates for future revenue) with notice inside the app; earned commissions are never retroactively reduced.

8. Independent contractor

Affiliates are independent contractors, not employees or agents. You're responsible for your own taxes.
